Discover the Aubrac scenic viewpoints

The Aubrac plateau has many viewpoints, all breathtaking: come and admire, perched at an altitude of over 1000 meters, a 360 ° view of the Aubrac mountains around. On the foothills of the plateau, see the cliffs of the Causses de Sauveterre highland which rise on the other side of the Lot river, or admire the large deserted areas of the plateau perched on volcanic headlands.

Head off for the Signal de Mailhebiau perched at an altitude of 1469 meters, the highest point on the plateau. Located on the borders of Lozère and Aveyron, in the village of Trélans, a hike through the pastures will take you to its orientation table. At the gates of the Aubrac mountains, not far from Les Salces, on the Lakes Route, head for the Trébatut Pass (col du Trébatut), where an orientation table awaits you for a panoramic scenic view.
