The village of le Bruel d'Esclanèdes
Straddling the Lot river Valley and the Causse de Sauveterre highland, this charming village bears a historical heritage linked to the commune of Chanac on a religious level. A charming 15th century bridge connects Le Bruel to the main road Route Nationale 88. The Saint Hyppolite church, erected in the 13th century, has undergone numerous renovations over the centuries in order to keep the building in the heart of the village.
In terms of entertainment, each year, come and discover the 1st of May fair with numerous stands for gardening, a garage sale, local products and on-site catering.
For a nice panorama, do not hesitate to hike to La Rocherousse, a hilltop hamlet on a large limestone cliff.
