Bathing

Do you want to swim in the crystal clear waters of the Tarn, take advantage of the calm waters of the lakes or swim in the supervised pools?

Swimming in the Gorges du Tarn

You will find many swimming spots in the Tarn river canyon: in each village and hamlet, a beach is accessible. Find the place that meets your expectations: the depth, the current and the decor change in each place.
You can also enjoy small corners of paradise by descending the Tarn by canoe, kayak or stand up paddle and stopping on the beaches only accessible by water. You will be alone in the world to appreciate this extraordinary setting.
Finally, take advantage of the private beaches of the many campsites and accommodations by the river.
Please note: swimming is not supervised!

Swimming in the lakes

In Lozère and Aveyron, several lakes are available for you to relax by the water. The Lac de la Cisba in Lapanouse, near Sévérac-le-Château, welcomes you all year round. In summer, many activities take place there: initiation to canoeing and stand up paddle, concerts on the beach, fireworks ...

Also discover, between Aubrac and Margeride, the Moulinet Lake, where many nautical activities are organized: pedal boat, stand up paddle…

The little extra: These two lakes have a supervised swimming section from July 15 to August 15, for optimal safety.

Open or covered pools

In July and August you will find the open swimming pools of La Canourgue and Séverac-le-Château. With friends, family or alone, come and enjoy the comfort of a supervised swimming pool with several pools for young and old.

All year round for customers who stay on site, and off-season for visitors from elsewhere, find the wellness area in the holiday village of Clos des Chênes at Massegros, on the Causse de Sauveterre: indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam all year round!
